Between 8.30am and 5:00pm weekdays, come in and be wowed by the Masterwood Joinery showroom at 28 McNulty Road, Cromwell - just three quarters of an hour from Queenstown, only half an hour from Wanaka and on the main Dunedin and Invercargill highways. Currently we feature two concept kitchens and a wall of storage possibilities for the bedroom, bathroom, lounge and laundry. Plus, we have photo displays, bench top material samples and consultant staff on hand.

- Our key sources for internal hardware and fittings are Blum and Hafele. Through these leading European manufacturers, we have access to a vast range of product types and a wide price spread. Soft close mechanisms can, for example, be surprisingly inexpensive all the way to very, very costly. The message is not to rule out something because you think it must be beyond your budget. Talk to us about it.

Masterwood design, manufacturing and installation extends beyond kitchens to the whole of a home or commercial premises. The end wall of our showroom is used to further show that when it is Masterwood it's beautiful on the outside, intelligent inside.

- Manual, servo-assist and electric soft-open and soft-close drawers and cupboards (benefit: no more drawers and cupboards banging shut).
- Cupboards and drawers that smoothly self-open when a light tap or nudge of the knee or hip (benefit: ideal when you've got both hands full).
- Pull out tower pantries that through height-adjustable shelving systems achieve maximum storage with a minimal space (tip: a kitchen can never have too much space for storage).
- Pull out base units with convenient underbench drawer (benefit: optimises use of cabinet storage space)
- Wall cabinet storage accessed by single and two-part folding pull-up doors that defy gravity to hold in any position (Tip: upper price bracket lift systems are push button using electrically operated servos)
